Q- How long is the grooming process?
A- The
average length of time is about an hour. However, it can vary depending on the size, condition, and temperament of the dog.
Q-
How often should I get my dog groomed?
A- We recommend grooming every 4-6 weeks to keep them clean and to prevent
matting.
Q- Can you brush out my matted dog?
A- We do not brush out matted dogs. It is extremely painful
on the dog and we recommend shaving them and starting from scratch.
Q- Do you offer Advantage applications?
A-
Yes. You can purchase a 6 month supply or an Advantage application can be applied at the time of the groom for an extra fee.

A- We do operate evenings, Saturday & Sunday. Please note that
Saturday is the busiest day so you may need to schedule a few weeks ahead.
